CHAMPIONSHIP TO BE DEFENDED ON EVERY RUMBLE SHOW
With the emergence of the new Rumble Championship and the first gold belt holder ending in a controversial manner at the huge Rumble show in the last few days of 2018, Commissionaire Mal Mason has made the announcement that whoever is championship will be defended on each Rumble show during the first three months of 2019.
Mal Added ” Should the Champion not be available for any Rumble Promotions show, the title will immediately be declared vacant and be contested on the next show, with the leading contenders on that show. This will give the paying public the chance to see either a great champion keep his title by defending on a regular basis, or the chance for every wrestler to have a chance of championship gold “
RUMBLES TOP CONTENDERS
SENSATIONAL £500 BLINDFOLD MATCH OPENS RUMBLES YEAR
Following the angry words of exchange at the end of the Sittingbourne show in October between “team mates” James Mason and Lewis Howley – Mal Mason has sanctioned a Special Blindfold Match at the show on February 10th.
Mason and First Dates star Howley, were originally on the same team, but Mason disagreed with the tactics of his team mates and promptly joined the other side, although eliminated the popular Londoner returned at the end of the match to voice his opinion of the tactics used by the “star of Channel Four ” and after a few minutes of the microphone being snatched between the two the challenged was issued with Howley saying he could beat Mason with one arm tied behind his back and with his eyes closed.
Both wrestler will have black hoods tied over their heads and it will be an interesting battle of the two stars with an added bonus of both wrestlers putting up £500 with the winner taking the cash.
The show will feature the first defence of the Rumble Championship and with Controversial Masked star Mr USA, Kent’s fast climbing Syd Manelli billed it will be high flying action from the start with others ion view featuring popular The O J M O from South London and the young Danny Black also in action.
